Challenge:

Create a phygital experience where customers could update their data and connect with the brand as long as their bill was paid.

Actions:

We created a transmedia journey inviting the user to register and update their data, pay their bill in digital channels, and play with NIC by flying it through electrical towers. With each updated bill they could play and skillfully win immediate prizes according to each level they managed to overcome.

Area of action:

Atlántico, Magdalena, and La Guajira.
